Return Policy

  1. Time Frame: All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns attempted beyond this time frame may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to additional fees.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. They should be unused, unaltered, and free from damage. All tags should still be intact, and the product should be in its original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Exchange Policy

  1. Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If an item is not available at the time of exchange, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Shipping: Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional cost.

Process

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@neoshop.ca. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags.
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that Neo Shop reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet our policy requirements.
